About Us
Our Family business started with "Mark", Dad, then "Luke" Son.
We were self employed doing handyman work for Local estate agents and home / contract work.
We then joined forces and opened a Limited company April 2023.
The birth of Dilkes and Sons property maintenance Limited, "DAS maintenance" for short.

"We did it", Our Story
Since then we have expanded our customer base of estate agents and contract customers. We then had the good fortune of meeting "Mathew" a 20 year seasoned maintenance all rounder nothing he can't do so far. Daughter "Kirsty" has joined the team helping with the accounts and my new painters mate. Now we can offer the full refurbishment package with Charlotte's cleaning service. Not forgetting our fantastic accounts team with Solid Rock accountancy who are now looking after our Payroll and VAT.
We are fully insured and never had a claim.
We may use contractors if required.
